Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an injection element (100') for injecting a fluid into a tank (200), especially for injecting water into the tank (200), especially into a fish tank (200), wherein the injection element (100) comprises an outer pipe (120') and an inner pipe (110') arranged at least partially inside the outer pipe (120'), wherein the inner pipe (110') is extractable at least partially out of an outlet end (121') of the outer pipe (120'), wherein an inlet end (122') of the outer pipe (120') is configured to be connected with a fluid providing device (250), wherein the outer pipe (120') is configured to be arranged mainly outside of an interior volume (220) of the tank (200) and an outlet end (121') of the outer pipe (120') is configured to be connected with an opening in a wall (210) of the tank (200).
