Zusammenfassung:	A rubber composition is disclosed comprising at least one rubber and reinforcement materials, the reinforcement materials comprising silica particles and Kraft lignin nanoparticles. The phr ratio between the silica particles and Kraft lignin nanoparticles is ranging between 3 and 20. The Kraft lignin nanoparticles have a glass transition temperature of at least 150°C as determined by Differential Scanning Calorimetry. The Kraft lignin nanoparticles have an average diameter size ranging between 10 nm and 100 nm as determined by scanning electron microscopy and/or a specific surface area ranging between 70 m2/g and 430 m2/g as determined by BET experiments. Also, a tire with a tread is disclosed, where said tread comprises such a rubber composition.
