DIGITAL POWER AMPLIFIER AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

This application provides a digital power amplifier and a communication system. The digital power amplifier includes a decoder and N transistor sets. The decoder includes an input end and N groups of output ends, the input end of the decoder is connected to a baseband processing unit, the N groups of output ends of the decoder are respectively connected to the N transistor sets, and the N transistor sets operate within at least two different operating voltage ranges. The decoder is configured to receive K quantization levels corresponding to a to-be-amplified signal from the baseband processing unit, and send a target quantization level in a same operating voltage range of the K quantization levels to a transistor set that operates in the operating voltage range. The N transistor sets are configured to respectively amplify target quantization levels received by the N transistor sets.
