Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an alignment tool (1), an installation tool (6) and a method for mounting a wall panel system using said alignment tool and installation tool. Wherein the alignment tool (1) comprises a first and second slit engaging element (121a, 121b) and a third slit engaging element (122a), wherein said alignment tool (1) is configured to, when the first, second and third slit engaging element (121a, 121b, 122a) each engage a slit (210) of first and second mounting rail (2a, 2b) respectively, align said first and said second mounting (2a, 2b) rail in parallel against a mounting surface (3). The installation tool (6) comprises at least one slit engaging portion (610a, 610b) and a separating portion (620). Said separation portion (620) being configured to abut a first and second wall panel (4).
