Zusammenfassung:	A determination device includes: an irradiator (10) configured to irradiate an object (A) including a food or a plant with a light; an extractor (20) configured to extract a predetermined fluorescence emission having a predetermined wavelength out of fluorescence emissions generated from a surface of the object (A) irradiated with the light; an imager (30) configured to capture a fluorescence image indicating the predetermined fluorescence emission; and a determiner (60) configured to determine a state of the object (A) based on an index indicating a fluorescence intensity of the fluorescence image.
