Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cooking product drawer (5) having a support frame (30) which can be extended horizontally out of a drawer housing (60), a cooking product receiving pan (20) which can be inserted into the support frame (30) and has a feed opening (20a) on the upper face, and a cover (28) for covering the feed opening (20a), wherein the cover (28) can be moved horizontally on the support frame (30) in the movement direction of the support frame (30) such that when the support frame (30) is extended, the cover can be moved from a closed position into an open position, in which the cover is pushed into the drawer housing (60), and when the support frame (30) is extended and the cover is in the open position, the cover can be moved into the closed position by retracting the support frame (30) into the drawer housing (60). The invention can be advantageously used in particular on cooking product drawers in the form of steam treatment drawers of domestic steam cooking appliances.
