Zusammenfassung:Provided in the present invention are an automatic gain compensation method and system for imaging, and a storage medium and an ultrasonic endoscope. The method comprises the following steps: applying the current TGC curve to obtain the current image frame; setting attenuation coefficients of a probe in water and human tissue; according to the current image frame, positioning a depth region containing a tissue image, obtaining, by means of signal and image processing, a depth range, which contains a tissue site, of a far-field segment, and a depth range of a water coupling segment of a near-field segment, and performing corresponding gain compensation; according to the difference in the attenuation of the depth ranges of the water coupling segment and a tissue site segment, obtaining corresponding full-depth attenuation curves, and updating corresponding TGC curves; and during next frame processing, applying a TGC curve of a previous frame, and repeating the above steps. By using the technical solution of the present invention, a local gain is automatically adjusted in real time, and different policies are used for gains for a near field and a far field, such that an image having soft brightness can be obtained.
