Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to the field of configuring computer networks and intent-driven network automation and facilitates generation of a network configuration by means of a graph based representation of a user intent. The present disclosure therefore provides a device (100) for generating a network configuration (101). The device (100) is configured to receive a user intent (102), interact with an information store (103) to generate a graph based representation (104) of the user intent (102), obtain a sequence of graph transformations (105) from the information store (103), based on the user intent (102), and apply the sequence of graph transformations (105) to the graph based representation (104), to generate the network configuration (101).
