Zusammenfassung:Embodiments of this application provide a robot feedback method and a robot, and relate to the field of robot technologies, to improve a degree of anthropomorphism of a robot. An IMU is mounted in the robot, a plurality of first preset regions each on an inner side of a housing of the robot are provided with a touch sensor, the touch sensor is configured to collect an operation acting on the robot, and the IMU is configured to collect a heading angle of the robot. The robot may receive a first operation acting on a first region, where the first region is any region of the plurality of first preset regions. In addition, the robot may obtain location information of the first region, an operation type of the first operation, and a first offset, where the first offset reflects a force of the first operation acting on the robot. Then, in response to the first operation, the robot may execute a first control event corresponding to the location information of the first region, the operation type of the first operation, and the force of the first operation acting on the robot.
