Zusammenfassung:	A wrapper well suited for use in aerosol delivery products, such as heat but not burn sticks is disclosed. The wrapper includes a base web made from cellulosic fibers combined with filler particles. The base web can be coated on at least one side with a permeability reducing composition and/or treated with a flame retardant salt. The base web is constructed with a basis weight, bulk, and permeability so as to produce aerosol delivery sticks with low combustion characteristics.
