An electronic device according to various embodiments disclosed herein may include a cover including a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, a first electrode disposed on the first surface of the cover to be in contact with a user's body, a second electrode disposed on the second surface of the cover and electrically connected to the first electrode, a printed circuit board disposed to face the second surface of the cover, a temperature sensor electrically connected to the printed circuit board and disposed adjacent to the second electrode, and at least one processor connected to the temperature sensor, wherein the processor may be configured to generate bio-related information based on an electrical signal received through the first electrode and the second electrode, and measure the user's body temperature, which is conducted from the first electrode to the second electrode, through the temperature sensor.
