Zusammenfassung:	A device for estimating an internal temperature of an electric motor (MG). The electric motor (MG) has a stator core (22) extending cylindrically in a direction of an axis (CL) and around which a coil (28) is wound, a rotor arranged rotatably around the axis (CL), and a case (70) that houses the stator core (22) and the rotor (30), the coil (28) being cooled by a first cooling liquid (OIL) in the case. The device estimates the internal temperature by using a thermal circuit that regards a temperature of the first cooling liquid after heat reception from the coil (THoil1) as a first temperature equal to a temperature of the case (70).
