Zusammenfassung:A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a positive electrode which comprises a positive electrode core body and a positive electrode mixture layer that is provided on the positive electrode core body; and a negative electrode which comprises a negative electrode core body and a negative electrode mixture layer that is provided on the negative electrode core body. The 0.2 percent proof stress of the positive electrode core body is larger than the 0.2 percent proof stress of the negative electrode core body. It is preferable that the 0.2 percent proof stress of the positive electrode core body is not less than 1.05 times the 0.2 percent proof stress of the negative electrode core body.
