Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a system (1)for automated analysis of a gas (G) at full operating gas volume during a joining or cutting process, comprising: a gas analyzing unit (4), a torch (2) for conducting the joining or cutting process, the torch (2) comprising a gas nozzle (3) being configured to discharge said gas, the torch (2) being further configured to discharge the gas (G) during said joining or cutting process at said operating gas volume flow, wherein the torch (2) comprises a conduit (46) to extract at least a partial stream of said gas (G) from the gas nozzle (3), said conduit being configured to be connected to the gas analyzing unit (4) to provide a flow connection between the torch (2) and the gas analyzing unit (4) to allow passing of said extracted gas (G) to the gas analyzing unit (4).
