Zusammenfassung: | The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical formulations. Provided are a temperature sensitive gel damage repair formulation and an application thereof. The formulation comprises 0.01-5 mg/mL of rHSA/EGF, 1.9-2.6% of glycine, 3.9-6.2% of poloxamer 188, 16.3-18.2% of poloxamer 407, and 0.5-100 mM of a PB buffer. The rHSA/EGF serves as an active ingredient, improvement of the repair of cornea and conjunctiva damage and the prevention, alleviation, and treatment of keratoconjunctivitis sicca are facilitated, and skin cell growth and damaged skin repair are also induced; an excipient can ensure structural stability of an active ingredient and preserve drug activity, while also causing the formulation to maintain an aqueous dosage from at 0-35 °C, and be gel-like at 35 °C or above, allowing the present formulation to remain at a drug application site for a longer period of time and making slow release of an active ingredient easier, and consequently improving the utilization of an active ingredient, shortening the duration of medication, and improving repair speed. |
