Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an arthropod-rearing installation comprising: - modules (100) consisting of multi-tiered units each having a plurality of superposed transverse trays (10) connected by non-removable spacers delimiting at least a lateral slot between each of said transverse trays (10); - means for moving said modules (100), comprising a support interacting directly with the bottom of said modules (100) without the interposition of a pallet; characterized in that - said modules form a multitiered assembly without moving parts and that cannot be dismantled without destroying it - the installation further comprises shelving for temporary placement of arthropod rearing modules and equipment for periodically performing at least one rearing operation, and in that - said installation further comprises a means of emptying said multitiered monolithic modules (100) by tipping all in one piece, without any separating of the tiers of said modules (100).
