The radio frequency PA Mid device is arranged with a first input port, a second input port and a first antenna port. The radio frequency PA Mid device comprises: a first switch unit (101) for choosing to output a high-frequency signal of a first system or an intermediate-frequency signal of a second system; a plurality of first power amplifiers (103), wherein each of the first power amplifiers (103) is used for supporting amplification of the high-frequency signal and the intermediate-frequency signal; and a first power combination unit (105), wherein a plurality of input ends of the first power combination unit (105) are respectively connected to output ends of the plurality of first power amplifiers (103) in one-to-one correspondence, and an output end of the first power combination unit (105) is connected to the first antenna port, so as to combine output power of the plurality of first power amplifiers (103) to output the intermediate-frequency signal or high-frequency signal having a target power.
