Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to an installation for processing solid waste for municipal waste and will find application in industrial systems for processing organic, household and biodegradable waste to obtain organo-calcium soil conditioners of alkaline nature based on the organic material contained in the waste. The solid waste treatment plant comprises a waste feeder consisting of a chute (1) arranged in at least two screw spirals rotating independently in opposite directions, the chute (1) being provided with technical means (2), for feeding the processed material and technical means for feeding reagent (3) and is also equipped with an outlet (1.2) connected to the housing of the hopper (5), in which a vertically oriented auger (6) is mounted, and in the bottom of the hopper (5) has a device for disposal of processed waste (7) and vibration screens (8).
