Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner control device, an air conditioner, an air conditioning method, and an air conditioning program with which comfort evaluation can be performed more effectively. An air conditioner configured using an indoor unit and an outdoor unit, wherein a control device (20) is provided with: an acquisition unit (21) for acquiring temperature information, humidity information, and carbon dioxide concentration information of a room being air-conditioned; and, an evaluation unit (22) for evaluating the comfort of a user in the room on the basis of the temperature information, humidity information, and concentration information.
