Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to process for isoprenoid production by an in-vitro synthetic platform involving at least the steps of phosphorylating a first hemiterpene alcohol with a first phosphate donor under catalysis of a first kinase thereby obtaining a first hemiterpene monophosphate and phosphorylating the latter with a second phosphate donor under catalysis of a second kinase thereby obtaining at least first hemiterpene diphosphate. The invention further relates to a composition comprising first hemiterpene diphosphate obtainable by the process according to the invention.
