Zusammenfassung:	The present application relates to the technical field of drying devices, and particularly relates to an air discharge apparatus and a drying device. The air discharge apparatus comprises: a housing, the housing being provided with a first cavity, and an air inlet and an air outlet in communication with the first cavity; and a wind speed adjustment assembly, multiple wind speed adjustment assemblies being disposed in the first cavity distributed along a first direction, such that the wind speed adjustment assemblies divide the first cavity into multiple air discharge sections distributed along the first direction. Each of the wind speed adjustment assemblies is used to open or close at least a portion of the air outlet, so as to adjust the air discharge speed of each air discharge section. The drying device comprises the described air discharge apparatus. The air discharge apparatus and the drying apparatus in the present application satisfy wind speed requirements of different coating regions of a battery pole piece, enabling each coating region of the battery pole piece to be dried under suitable conditions, thereby increasing drying quality.
