INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, PROGRAM, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

[Problem] To provide a technology that can visualize minute shapes and represent them in three-dimensional images.[Solution] According to an aspect of the present invention, an information processing system is provided. The information processing system includes a controller. The controller is configured to execute each of the following steps. A reading step reads a plurality of sequential sectional images of an object. A setting step sets, based on a pixel value of a pixel in a predetermined area included in the sequential sectional images and preset reference information, material information representing a material of the object for the predetermined area, the reference information being information where a pixel value and a material are associated with each other. A reconstruction step reconstructs the plurality of sequential sectional images including the predetermined area for which the material information is set and thereby generating three-dimensional data on the object.
