BAKING APPARATUS FOR MAKING PRODUCTS BAKED UNDER PRESSURE

The invention relates to a baking sheet (1) for a baking-sheet device (2) of a baking oven (3) for producing crispy and crunchy waffles baked in a baking process under overpressure, wherein: the main body (4) comprises an external baking surface (6); the main body (4) comprises a rear surface (7) on the external face opposite the baking surface (6); a clamping slot (8) is made in the rear surface (7) of the main body (4); a clamping strip (12) is provided, which is inserted into the clamping slot (8) and thus between the slot flanks (9, 10); a plurality of clamping means (16, 17) are provided, which can be brought into a clamped position; the clamping means (16, 17), in their clamped position, engage on the clamping strip (12) and, starting from the clamping strip (12), project on both sides through the slot flanks (9, 10) into the main body (4) and also engage therein; and the clamping means (16, 17), in their clamped position, pull the slot flanks (9, 10) inward towards or onto the clamping strip (12) and, in the process, bend the baking surface (6) of the main body (4) convexly forward and hold the baking sheet (1) in a preloaded position.
