Zusammenfassung:	A network system 1 includes a wireless base station that relays communication performed by wireless terminals, a plurality of distributed antennas each being connected to the wireless base station and forming a cell that enables communication with the wireless terminals, a plurality of direct-current grids each being arranged in a predetermined form in a communication area that is formed by the plurality of cells and interchanging power with a plurality of power devices connected to the subject direct-current grid, a power gate that is arranged between the direct-current grids located adjacent to each other and interchange power between the adjacent direct-current grids, and a control device that controls the power gate based on information that is acquired from the power devices via the distributed antennas. The power devices connected to the direct-current grids perform communication with the control device via the distributed antennas that form the communication area including the direct-current grids.
