Zusammenfassung:	System to carry out a method (20) for correcting an individual behaviour for using a pair of spectacles in optimized conditions, said individual wearing frame (4),the system being configured to distinguish between a reading mode and a writing mode, using a threshold inclination angle value, by determining whether an inclination angle α is larger than a preset inclination-angle setpoint, and in the case where the inclination angle α is smaller than the threshold inclination angle value, the system determines that the spectacle wearer individual is in the reading mode, and in the case where the inclination angle α is larger than the threshold inclination angle value, the system determines that the spectacle wearer individual is in the writing mode.
