Zusammenfassung: | A system and method for the evaluation of the hydric state of a plant is proposed. The system comprises: two electrodes separated a certain distance, and adapted for insertion, in the trunk of a plant to establish galvanic contact; a temperature sensor; an electronic unit including a voltage measurement module configured to apply, during a first interval, an electrical voltage, with a given polarity, on the electrodes; to invert, sequentially, during a second interval, said given polarity; and to measure, simultaneously, the temperature of the electrodes and the voltage resulting from the application of electrical voltage in both polarities. A processing unit calculates an electrical conductance value from the applied electrical voltage and the resulting measured voltage and infers the hydric state of the plant from the calculated conductance value and the measured electrode temperature. |
