SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETERMINING AT LEAST ONE CALCULATED PROCESS PARAMETER OF A FLUID IN A PIPE

The invention relates to a system for determining at least one calculated process parameter (PC) of a fluid (F) in a pipe (70), comprising:a data interface (30), configured for receiving nominal process parameters (PN), wherein the nominal process parameters (PN) relate to nominal parameters of a process that relates to the fluid (F) in the pipe (70);an invasive temperature sensor (10), configured for determining a fluid temperature (TF) of the fluid (F) in the pipe (70);a reference temperature sensor (20) disposed outside of the pipe (70), configured for determining a reference temperature (TR) outside of the pipe (70);a surface temperature sensor (40) disposed at a surface of the pipe (70), configured for determining a surface temperature (TS) of the pipe (70);a process model (50), configured for determining at least one calculated process parameter (PC) of the fluid (F) in the pipe (70) by using the determined reference temperature (TR), the determined surface temperature (TS), the received nominal process parameters (PN) and the determined fluid temperature (TF).
