Zusammenfassung:Recombinant strain with modified gene BBD29_09525 for producing L-glutamic acid, and method for constructing the same and use thereof are provided. The recombinant strain is a bacterium that generates L-glutamic acid, and has an improved expression of a polynucleotide encoding an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or a homologous sequence thereof; the improved expression can be having a point mutation in, and an enhanced expression of the polynucleotide encoding an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or a homologous sequence thereof. The genetically engineered bacterium is an engineered bacterium that has a mutation of the base at position 337 in a BBD29_09525 gene sequence from cytosine to thymine, causing proline at position 113 in the coded corresponding amino acid sequence to be substituted with serine, and that overexpresses the BBD29_09525 gene or BBD29_09525C337T gene. The genetically engineered bacterium enables increased production and conversion rate of L-glutamic acid.
