Zusammenfassung:	An electric vehicle charging controller according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a switch; a first resistance having a first end connected to a collector terminal of the switch and a second end connected to a first power; a second resistance having a first end connected to a collector terminal of the switch and a second end connected to a signal output terminal; a third resistance having a first end connected to the second end of the second resistance and a second end connected to a first ground terminal; and a diode having a cathode terminal electrically connected to a base terminal of the switch. An emitter terminal of the switch is electrically connected to a second ground terminal of a power supply device.
