Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a dipyrromethene-1-one compound having a structural formula as represented by formula 1, wherein R is selected from one of hydrogen, C -C alkyl and benzyl; R is selected from one of phenylthio, phenylsulfinyl, phenylsulfonyl, p-toluenethio, p-toluenesulfinyl, and ptoluenesulfonyl; and R is selected from one of methyl, alkoxycarbonyl, aldehyde, acetoxymethyl, carboxyl, and hydrogen. Provided is a novel dipyrromethene-1-one compound which can be used for preparing a drug for treating tumors. Also provided is a preparation method for the dipyrromethene-1-one compound. Compared with synthesis methods for similar compounds in the prior art, reagents such as tributylphosphine, trifluoroacetate, and nitromethane are removed, the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain, and the preparation method is more economical, safer, and easier for separation and purification and is thus suitable for industrial production.
