Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to an oral solid dosage form comprising N2-{[1-ethyl-6-(4-methylphenoxy)-1H-benzimidazol-2-yl]methyl}-L-alaninamide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a hydrate or solvate thereof as an active ingredient, which has good dissolution and storage-stability. When the oral solid dosage form is a tablet, the tablet can be prepared while inhibiting tableting troubles from low content to high content of the active ingredient.
