Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed embodiments provide a mobility as a service (MaaS) platform that orchestrates a variety of services that require a variety of different vehicle configurations. To ensure a cost effective vehicle fleet, the disclosed MaaS platform dynamically reconfigures vehicles as needed to perform services that are in demand. To accomplish this, some embodiments provide an API that allows third party service providers to register with the MaaS platform. The registration indicates capabilities of the third party service providers, and service center locations. The API also allows the MaaS platform to obtain status information on the third party service providers to, for example, determine wait times of the third party service providers to assist with scheduling vehicles for conversion.
