Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electronic component (100) comprising a substrate (102) to which are connected a plurality of connection pins (104, 106) and on one face of which is affixed an electronic die fixing layer (110), and at least one electronic die (112) assembled on said electronic die fixing layer (110), said electronic component (100) further comprising a first heat exchanger (120) and a layer of thermally conductive and electrically insulating material (122) arranged in contact with said substrate (102), and wherein- said first heat exchanger (120) is configured to receive a circulating cryogenic fluid, and,- said at least one electronic die (112), said electronic die fixing layer (110), said substrate (102) and said layer of thermally conductive and electrically insulating material (122) as well as one end of each of said connection pins (104, 106) are enveloped in a volume of electrically insulating material at cryogenic temperature (130).It is thus advantageously possible to obtain an increased ratio between the weight of an aircraft and the electrical power available on board for the aircraft systems.
