FLUX-CORED WIRE AND GAS-SHIELDED ARC WELDING METHOD
Provided is a flux-cored wire from which it is possible to obtain, not only when being As-welded but also after PWHT, a weld metal having excellent toughness at low temperatures and tensile strength even when the Ni content in the wire is not more than 1 mass%. This flux-cored wire contains, in mass...

Zusammenfassung: | Provided is a flux-cored wire from which it is possible to obtain, not only when being As-welded but also after PWHT, a weld metal having excellent toughness at low temperatures and tensile strength even when the Ni content in the wire is not more than 1 mass%. This flux-cored wire contains, in mass% with respect to the total mass of the wire, 0.026-0.060% of C, more than 0% but not more than 0.50% of Si, 1.3-2.8% of Mn, 0.20-1.50% of Cu, 0.45-1.00% of Ni, 0.15-0.65% of Mo, 0.30-0.65% of Mg, and 0.001-0.010% of B, contains not more than 0.10% of Cr and not more than 0.10% of Al, and has a Nb content and a V content that result in, when being respectively represented as [Nb] and [V] in mass% with respect to the total mass of the wire, [Nb]+[V] being not more than 0.015. |
