The present invention refers to a bacteriophage deposited at the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures GmbH (DSMZ) with deposit number DSM 34223. In a preferred embodiment, the bacteriophage is used for treating bacterial infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
