Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:A radio frequency ablation apparatus (100), comprising a radio frequency energy generation unit (23), a signal acquisition unit (21), a control unit (22) and an ablation component (24), wherein the radio frequency energy generation unit (23) generates and outputs a radio frequency power required for radio frequency ablation, and transmits same to an ablation site of a heart by means of the ablation component (24); the signal acquisition unit (21) is in contact with a plurality of different body surface sites of a patient (200), so as to acquire a multi-lead ECG signal represented by a cardiac electrophysiological activity acting on the surface of the body during a radio frequency ablation process; the control unit (22) controls, according to the multi-lead ECG signal, the radio frequency power output by the radio frequency energy generation unit (23); and the radio frequency ablation apparatus (100) acquires the multi-lead ECG signal by using body surface multi-leads in real time during the radio frequency ablation process, can learn the influence of radio frequency ablation on the blood supply to various sites of the heart, so as to analyze and monitor the heart function of the patient (200) in real time, and can realize automatic control over the radio frequency power according to an analysis result, such that excessive ablation or inadequate ablation is prevented, thereby ensuring the safety of an ablation surgery.
