A cooking utensil comprising: a pot (10); a lid (20) covering the pot (10); and a locking structure (30) provided between the lid (20) and the pot (10) and comprising a first thread provided (31) on the pot (10) and a second thread (32) provided on the lid (20), which cooperate with each other, wherein: a first connecting line L1 between a first end of the first thread (31) and a center of the pot (10) forms a first angle n with a second connecting line L2 between a second end of the first thread (31) and the center of the pot, wherein 180° ≤ n ≤360°, so that the first thread has a length between half a turn and one turn of a circumference of the pot; the first and second threads are trapezoidal threads and have a thread angle d1, d2 that satisfy: 20°≤ d1, d2 ≤ 40°.
