Zusammenfassung:	A fluid sterilizing apparatus 1 includes: a cylindrical inner pipe 20 which has cutouts 21a penetrating in a radial direction and an outlet pipe 22 projecting in the radial direction; an outer pipe 10 which has, between itself and the inner pipe 20, an annular space 28 in communication with the cutouts 21a and which houses the inner pipe 20; an inflow pipe 12 which allows a fluid to flow into the outer pipe 10; an outflow pipe 13 which is provided coaxially with the inflow pipe 12 and which is connected with the outlet pipe 22 to allow the fluid having passed through the annular space 28 to flow out; and a light source 55 which irradiates the fluid passing through the interior of the inner pipe 20 with ultraviolet light via an ultraviolet light transmitting window 30.
