The invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire comprising a tread with shoulder-side blocks (8), which are part of shoulder block rows (2, 6), and central blocks (8) between the shoulder-side blocks (8). At least some of the shoulder-side blocks (8) and/or at least some of the central blocks (8) are provided with at least one recess (10) in plan view in each case, said recess extending at an angle of up to 35° relative to the axial direction (AR) and having a width of 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm and a depth of at least 50% of the profile depth at the deepest point of the recess. Micro grooves (13 - 20) are provided, said micro grooves (13-20) having a width of 0.2 mm to 0.6 mm and a depth of 0.2 mm to 0.9 mm. At least one of the blocks (8) has a micro groove element (12) consisting of micro grooves (13 - 20) arranged in a dendritic manner in the form of a snowflake, wherein the micro groove element (12) consists of at least four micro grooves (13 - 16) which are oriented in a star-shaped manner on the center (21) of the micro groove element (12).
