Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The humeral anchor (108B) comprises a first end (204B) including a collar (244B), a second end (208B), an interior surface (212B) extending between the first end and the second end, the interior surface defining a recess (216B) that extends through an entirety of the humeral anchor between the first end and the second end, and an exterior surface (214B) including a first tapered portion (292B) extending from the collar (244B) to a lateral projection (248B) and a second tapered portion (296B) extending from the lateral projection to the second end, the lateral projection defining a discontinuity between the first tapered portion and the second tapered portion. The humeral anchor further comprises a slot (264B) extending along the interior surface between the collar and the lateral projection and configured to engage a corresponding ridge (189A, 191A) of a coupling (188A) of a shoulder articular body (184A). The recess (216B) is configured to secure the coupling of the shoulder articular body directly to the interior surface. The slot has a length that extends between the collar and the lateral projection and a width that extends circumferentially along the interior surface, the length being longer than the width
