The present application relates to a battery cell, a battery and an electrical apparatus, which fall within the technical field of battery manufacturing. A battery cell comprising: a case having an opening; an end cover assembly for closing the opening, wherein the end cover assembly is provided with a liquid injection hole, and the liquid injection hole comprises a first hole segment; a rivet, comprising a nail cap and a nail body, wherein the nail body passes through the first hole segment, and the nail cap is located on the side of the first hole segment away from the interior of the case; and a sealing member, disposed between the nail cap and the end cover assembly, for sealing the first hole segment; wherein a position-limit boss is formed on the side of the nail cap close to the first hole segment, and the position-limit boss is used for abutting against the end cover assembly so as to limit the compression amount of the sealing member; or, a position-limit boss is formed on the end cover assembly, and the position-limit boss abuts against the side of the nail cap close to the first hole segment to limit the compression amount of the sealing member. The battery cell, battery, and electrical apparatus is capable of enhancing the safety of the battery.
