Zusammenfassung:	A helmet is described herein. The helmet can be configured to hold the arms of a corresponding eyewear piece, such as an eyeglass or sunglass, through one or more features of the helmet. The helmet can further include an air deflector visor. The one or more features, such as one or more channels, allows for the helmet to receive and hold the eyewear of a wearer. Additionally, the helmet visor can utilize deflector vents to redirect airflow around the helmet for lower drag and/or deflect airflow to portions of the helmet to aid in the cooling of the wearer.
