The invention relates to a device (1) for holding cooking bags, having: a support surface (3) which is substantially rectangular, a handle piece (5), and a hanging section (7). The handle piece (5) and the hanging section (7) are arranged on an upper edge when viewed in the longitudinal direction of the support surface (3), preferably in the center of the support surface (3) in the width direction, and extend in opposite directions along a thickness direction of the support surface (3); the handle piece (5) and the support surface (3) substantially form the shape of a U, in which the handle piece (5) is arranged at a distance from the rear face of the support surface (3) and faces the rear face of the support surface (3), said handle piece extending along the support surface (3) at an angle; the hanging section (7) and the support surface (3) substantially form the shape of an L, in which the hanging section (7) extends away from the front face of the support surface (3) at an angle to the front face of the support surface (3); and the handle piece (5) and the hanging section (7) are integrally formed together with the support surface (3).
