Zusammenfassung:	A laminate including, a base material layer; a first polyethylene resin layer containing a first polyethylene resin and having a melt flow rate of less than 5 g/10 minutes, and a second polyethylene resin layer containing a second polyethylene resin and having a melt flow rate of 5 to 12 g/10 minutes, in this order, in which a ratio R2 (Mw/Mn) of a weight-average molecular weight Mw to a number average molecular weight Mn of the second polyethylene resin is 7 or less.
