Zusammenfassung:	An anastomosis protection device, comprising: a protective sleeve (1), located in a position inside a tubular tissue corresponding to an astomosis; and a fixing assembly comprising at least one first fixing member (2) and at least one second fixing member (3), the first fixing member (2) being arranged on the outer wall of the tubular tissue, the second fixing member (3) being arranged at a position on the inner surface of the protective sleeve (1) corresponding to the first fixing member (2), and the first fixing member (2) and the second fixing member (3) being relatively fixed by means of magnetic attraction. The inner surface of the anastomosis is protected by the protective sleeve (1), only the magnetic attraction position between the first fixing member (2) and the second fixing member (3) is relatively fixed, the circumferential length is elastically adjustable to provide a sufficient circumferential expansion space for the tissue, and normal blood supply around the anastomosis is ensured when the tissue has contents inside or the tissue itself is peristaltic.
