Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides an electrode (5) including an electrode substrate (8), an electrode mixture layer (9) on the electrode substrate (8), and an insulating layer (10) on one surface (91) of the electrode mixture layer (9), in which the insulating layer (10) includes a first region (R1) including a first film thickness layer (10A) having a first thickness (T11) in a direction perpendicular to the one surface (91), and a second region (R2) including the first film thickness layer (10A) and a second film thickness layer (10B) having a second thickness (T12) in a direction perpendicular to the one surface (91), and the second region (R2) is at least a part of a peripheral edge (91A) of the one surface (91).
