Zusammenfassung:	A packaging bag according to one example includes: a bag body configured to store a plurality of folded patches; an opening formed in the bag body; and a flap label configured to cover the opening such that the opening is capable of being opened and closed. The opening is formed such that Lp/La is 1.5 to 2.5 and Lq/Lb is 1.8 to 2.8, where La denotes a first length of the opening along a first direction, Lp denotes a first length of the folded patch along the first direction, Lb denotes a second length of the opening along a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, the second length being shorter than the first length, and Lq denotes a second length of the folded patch along the second direction.
