Zusammenfassung:	A method is provided for displaying harvesting information during harvesting by an agricultural harvester (10). The method comprises the steps of repeatedly receiving harvesting data, calculating a current yield parameter and a current quality parameter, and generating instructions for displaying a datapoint (310) in a dynamic harvest chart (300). The harvesting data indicates at least an amount of harvested crop and a nutritional attribute of the harvested crop. The current yield and quality parameter are calculated based on the received harvesting data. The datapoint (310) is positioned in the dynamic harvest chart at a datapoint location along a yield axis and a quality axis, the datapoint location being determined by the current yield parameter and the current quality parameter.
