Zusammenfassung:	A method and device for connecting sheet metal parts in order to form lamination stacks. In order to reproducibly manufacture geometrically accurate lamination stacks, it is proposed for the first and/or second coating to be provided with a separating layer, which contains a reaction accelerator for the adhesive of the first coating and contains a release agent in order to thus facilitate the division of the sheet metal parts into lamination stacks.
