Zusammenfassung:A voltage source (E1) applies a voltage between two nodes of an object to be measured, the two nodes being insulated from each other. A current measuring device (41) measures a capacitive leakage current (Ioc) between the two nodes of the object to be measured. A switch (SW) opens and closes a circuit between the object to be measured and the voltage source (E1). A controller (43) determines whether or not the switch (SW) normally operates, based on the measured capacitive leakage current (Ioc).
